What is Green Procurement?
The Ministry of Environment, Executive Yuan, promotes the environmental trend of sustainable resource utilization. To encourage domestic green production and green consumption, according to the government agency's priority purchase of green products method, the government uses the huge purchasing power of government agencies to give priority to purchasing products with less impact on the environment, in order to encourage green production and the use of recyclable, low-pollution, and resource-saving products, in order to drive green consumption trends and achieve environmental protection benefits.

In response to the government's green procurement policy, Darfon prioritizes recyclable, low-pollution, and resource-efficient green products. We purchase products with environmentally friendly labels, including those for environmental protection, energy conservation, water conservation, and sustainable forestry, upholding our "Green Operations, Environmentally Friendly" business philosophy. In 2024, Darfon's total green procurement reached NT$4,593,158. In addition to promoting green procurement and sustainable operations, Darfon continues to strengthen sustainable supply chain management, working with suppliers to support low-carbon, sustainable products. Together, we aim to amplify positive impact and advance the industry's progress toward net-zero and sustainable goals.
