Darfon is committed to responsible supply chain management in accordance with the RBA Code of Conduct, responsible minerals sourcing requirements, and international ESG standards. Suppliers are required to sign the Supplier Corporate Social Responsibility Commitment, while sustainability criteria are integrated into supplier qualification, risk assessment, and audits. Through the PDCA approach, Darfon continuously improves supplier performance in environmental protection, labor and human rights, occupational health and safety, business ethics, and corporate governance, strengthening supply chain resilience and sustainability.

Supplier Corporate Social Responsibility Commitment
Darfon requires suppliers to comply with the RBA Code of Conduct and internationally recognized standards covering human and labor rights, occupational health and safety, environmental protection and climate action, and business ethics.
All suppliers doing business with Darfon in 2025 were required to sign the Supplier Corporate Social Responsibility Commitment, achieving a 100% signing rate. Darfon also communicates material updates to relevant policies and requirements to ensure suppliers understand and fulfill their ESG responsibilities.
New Supplier Management
Darfon integrates ESG requirements into its supplier qualification process. New suppliers are assessed on hazardous substance management, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, human and labor rights, business ethics, and corporate social responsibility.
New and major suppliers are also subject to sustainability risk assessments based on the RBA Code of Conduct. Suppliers with identified deficiencies are required to implement corrective actions and undergo follow-up assessments.
In 2025, 100% of newly qualified suppliers met Darfon’s environmental and social responsibility requirements.
