The Board of Directors is Darfon’s highest governing body, responsible for strategic direction, major business decisions, and management oversight. Darfon has adopted the Corporate Governance Best Practice Principles to strengthen governance effectiveness.
The Company has established the Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee to enhance remuneration transparency, financial oversight, and stakeholder protection. A Corporate Governance Officer has also been appointed to oversee related matters in accordance with applicable regulations.
In 2025, Darfon established an implementation task force for IFRS S1 and IFRS S2 following Taiwan’s sustainability disclosure roadmap. Progress is reported quarterly to the Sustainability Development Committee and the Board of Directors.
