Darfon is committed to ethical business practices and has established the Ethical Corporate Management Best Practice Principles and Code of Ethical Conduct, both approved by the Board of Directors. These policies prohibit bribery and corruption, improper benefits, unfair competition, and other unethical conduct, and establish standards of conduct for directors, officers, employees, and other relevant personnel.
The Internal Audit Division reports directly to the Board of Directors and assesses integrity-related risks and internal controls. In 2025, 100% of Darfon’s operating sites completed integrity risk assessments, with no material integrity-related risks identified.
Darfon promotes ethical corporate management through policies, training, and regular communications. All new employees are required to sign an Integrity Declaration, with a 100% signing rate in 2025. Integrity-related training and awareness programs cover topics such as conflicts of interest, regulatory compliance, protection of trade secrets and corporate assets, and ethical conduct. The training and communication completion rate reached 100% in 2025.
Darfon also communicates its ethical and anti-corruption requirements to suppliers through the Integrity, Anti-Corruption, and Confidentiality Commitment. In 2025, 100% of suppliers received these requirements, and no supplier relationships were terminated due to integrity or anti-corruption violations.
