Darfon conducts an annual materiality assessment in accordance with the GRI Standards 2021, AA1000SES, and AA1000AP to identify sustainability topics that are most relevant to its stakeholders and business. The results guide the development of management approaches, objectives, and action plans.
Based on the five stakeholder attributes defined by AA1000SES—dependency, responsibility, influence, diverse perspectives, and tension—Darfon identified seven major stakeholder groups. The Company engages stakeholders through various communication channels to understand their concerns and expectations. Engagement results are reviewed annually and reported to the Board of Directors to support effective sustainability governance.
