Darfon takes talent as its core competitiveness and continuously promotes a systematic talent development strategy, incorporating talent development into the important foundation of the organization's long-term operations. Combining individual performance development with actual work needs, it plans a comprehensive training curriculum and establishes six major professional programs, including R&D innovation, marketing business, manufacturing production, quality development, supply chain management, and administrative management.

To strengthen organizational resilience and leadership, we have systematically cultivated our thinking and vision step by step, laying a solid foundation. To date, we have completed 53 talent development plans, 34 of whom have been promoted, and 8 have been promoted to associate managers and vice presidents or above, becoming important drivers of the group's growth. This embodies the development spirit of "nurturing our own talents," promotes the two-way growth of talents and organizations, and creates a model of sustainable management for mutual benefit and win-win results.
