Based on the company's vision, organizational strategy, and needs, we set talent development goals and build a talent system encompassing four key areas: career development, functional deepening, self-directed learning, and team integration. We cultivate elite leaders, provide diverse career paths, and continuously foster an environment conducive to employee learning and growth.To strengthen overall competitiveness, Darfon integrates physical and digital learning resources, develops diverse curriculum and career development blueprints, and actively promotes programs for key functions and high-potential talent, strengthening organizational sustainability and succession planning. In 2024, total training hours reached 59,033, with a training satisfaction rating of 4.61 out of 5.

Education And Training System

To strengthen organizational resilience and leadership, we have systematically cultivated our thinking and vision step by step, laying a solid foundation. To date, we have completed 53 talent development plans, 34 of whom have been promoted, and 8 have been promoted to associate managers and vice presidents or above, becoming important drivers of the group's growth.
