In accordance with the relevant provisions of the local government's occupational safety and health laws and labor laws, each production base of Darfon has set up an occupational safety and health committee to promote occupational safety and health management matters. The relevant production bases (Taoyuan Factory, Tainan Factory, Suzhou Factory, Huai'an Factory, Chongqing Factory, Vietnam factory and Thailand factory) have all introduced the ISO 45001: 2018 occupational safety and health management system and passed the verification of SGS, a third-party notary unit.

In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of occupational disasters, Darfon has developed hazard identification and risk identification procedures. The identification objects include: employees, visitors, resident manufacturers, and contractors, and all routine or non-routine hazards that may cause personal injury or accidents are activities, conduct comprehensive identification of operational hazards, differentiate risk levels based on the exposure frequency, occurrence frequency and severity of hazardous events, and set improvement management goals and operational controls to reduce risks.

In order to effectively provide all colleagues with a better understanding of occupational safety and health, and to reduce the risk of work injuries and factory hazards, an annual environmental, safety and health education and training plan is formulated at the end of each year based on the current situation and needs of the factory. After the course is completed, trainees are Course assessment and satisfaction survey to ensure trainees’ understanding of the course. In 2024, the total number of people participating in occupational safety education and training will be 14,361, and the total number of hours will be 52,750.

In addition, in order to maintain the hazard awarencess and safety of employees at work, Darfon regularly implements firefighting, first aid and escape drills throghtout the factory every year (including at night or on holidays). Projects include: chemical leakage, fire evacuation, BCP, first aid grills, etc., 2024 A total of 65 emergency response drills were held at Darfon (including 5 night and holiday drills).

All Darfon locations conduct regular employee health checks, which are superior to the annual inspections required by law. Hospital staff are invited to
 the company to provide health check-up services for employees. After the health check-up, a specialist doctor will provide report explanations and 
health education sessions. Employees who work in work environments that are particularly hazardous to health will undergo a physical examination 
every year according to the health check-up items for that special work.
