Darfon once again recognized as a 1.5°C-compliant enterprise on the "Corporate Carbon Reduction Thermometer"

 

Darfon Electronics has once again been selected by CommonWealth Magazine's "Corporate Carbon Reduction Thermometer" survey, becoming one of 220 companies in Taiwan aligned with the Paris Agreement's 1.5°C temperature limit. This achievement demonstrates concrete achievements and actions in climate governance and net-zero transformation, further strengthening its position as a model for carbon reduction in the manufacturing industry.

 

Darfon has long been committed to low-carbon transformation, gradually planning and formulating a dedicated carbon reduction path and practical strategies. With 2021 as the base year, it has set a target of achieving an absolute reduction of 48.4% in Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions, and a 27.5% reduction in Scope 3 by 2031. The company is actively implementing renewable energy and smart energy management systems, embarking on a green transformation path that combines low carbon and renewable energy.
