Darfon's Operations Headquarters Receives LEED Certification, the Highest Level in the U.S.
Darfon, actively promoting environmental sustainability and low-carbon transformation, has been awarded the highest level of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification, Platinum. This achievement places it on par with iconic buildings and renowned companies both domestically and internationally, including Taipei 101, Taipei Nanshan Plaza, Google, Apple, and TSMC, as a model for practical implementation.
LEED, the world's leading green building certification, was established by the U.S. Green Building Council. LEED evaluates performance across various levels, including sustainable sites, innovative design, regional priorities, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources, indoor environmental quality, and water efficiency. In 2025, Darfon, with its focus on energy efficiency and operational carbon reduction, "Starting with Green Building and Rooted in Sustainability," achieved LEED's highest level of Platinum certification, demonstrating its environmental performance, economic value, and social impact. In the face of the global wave of sustainability, green buildings have become an international trend. Darfon will continue to implement design strategies such as low-carbon energy conservation, smart health, and move towards the vision of net-zero carbon emissions.
